6 Week Online Course

Embark on a transformative spiritual journey with a blend of online resources and engaging Zoom classes in our enriching online course.

This course has been created by Loralee Pasley and Monique Forcier as a container that will allow you to journey from a place of unhappiness and lack of purpose to a life of joy and fulfillment. 

Loralee and Monique will be your guides during the course on your path to joy.

On this path to joy, we will awaken your feelings of livlihood, motivation, inspiration, empowerment, boldness, bravery, fulfillment and courageousness.

 

We will use ancient tools and practices that facilitate you moving to a place of joy.

Retreats

I guide you in a gentle way so that you can be witnessed in a safe space.

Through exercises and connections to other like-minded people, you’ll find the motivation you need to come back to yourself and your inner truth.

Space will be held for you to open up and release what needs to be left behind.  You’ll get creative and feel refreshed as you create a vision and intentions for the future.  

 
 

Take the time to enter into the space created for you to reset and explore your connection TO self.

 

We move through transformative exercises such as kundalini yoga, sound baths, shadow work, soul circles, and sacred ceremonies. These are practices that you’ll learn to incorporate into your daily life.

The Art of Journaling

Do you want to learn more about journaling but are unsure where to start? Maybe you have heard of creative journaling and it peaked your curiosity? it Perhaps you are a writer and want to journal to deepen your craft. In this pre-recorded class, we will talk about your goals around journaling and take time to do some guided journaling. We will create a journaling ritual that feels authentic to you.

Affirmation Building Class

Did you know that your mind affects your actions far more than any other physical part of your body? It has the power to help you realize your dreams if you let yourself do it. An affirmation is a short, powerful statement that allows you to consciously be in control of your thoughts. An affirmation is carefully constructed to have the most impact. When we say or think them, they become the thoughts that share your reality. In this pre-recorded class, we will take a step by step process to creating your own personalized affirmation.

Mindful Goal Setting Class

Everyone has something that they want to achieve. These goals can apply to any part of our lives and can range from simple to complex. Goals shape a person and guide them through different aspects of their life throughout their lifetime. This pre-recorded class will explore goal setting for each individual and the different areas of their life where the goals can be applied. The class will look at the 4 different areas of your goals and create a week by week and month by month plan to achieving these goals.

Meditation is for Everyone CLASS

Meditation is a grounding practice which helps you to know yourself better, appreciate yourself and others more, and allows you to get a more relaxed and sound sleep. Science has proven that regular meditation can have powerful long-lasting effects. Meditation helps to activate our rest-and-digest system and begin the process of ushering our body back to a more natural and calm state. Our body begins to heal and grows stronger and more resilient.

Through mediation you begin to notice your body and mind more easily let go of daily stressors and challenges. You feel calmer. You can focus more clearly. You can be more creative. You feel more balanced and comfortable in your skin. This pre-recorded class will offer you guided mediations that you can use to quiet your mind and usher your body to a more natural state.
